1. Scope

By completing your booking you accept these terms and any other provisions given to you during the booking process. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing our services.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of kayak rental, paddle surf, pedal boats with slide and other water activity services by the company, in exchange for payment by the customer. The contract runs from booking and payment until the end of the activity.

3. Purchase

To purchase any of our products you must select the activity, book a day and time on the calendar, provide the requested personal details and pay through the available platform. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card.

4. Arrival time

We ask customers to arrive 15-20 minutes before the booked time. If the customer does not attend, the company reserves the right to reschedule the activity on the same day at a different time. If the customer does not show up on the booked day, they lose their right to the booking and no refund will be given.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking 24 hours before the activity at no cost, with a full refund. If cancelled between 24 hours and more than 2 hours before, the price is refunded except for 15% retained by the company. If cancelled 2 hours or less before, no refund is given.

6. Weather

The company reserves the right not to run the activity due to weather conditions such as strong winds or swell that make it impossible or dangerous. In case of cancellation due to weather, the company will refund the full amount.

7. Complaints

If the customer considers that their consumer rights have been infringed, they may file a complaint with the Consumer Office of the Junta de Andalucía, either online with a digital certificate or in person at our premises or at any authorised consumer office.
